All appointments require a $20-$50 non-refundable deposit to be made within checkout. If after one hour of booking your appointment and the deposit is not made, you will be requested to cancel your apt. The deposit goes towards the total cost of your apt. Remaining payment must be made via ZELLE or CASH. The address will be provided to you 48hrs before your apt once you’ve reconfirmed your attendance. Kindly arrive to your appointment with your hair washed and blowdried for all services.

 

BRAIDS: Hair for boxbraids, Knotless and cornrows can be provided for additional cost if requested ahead of time. If you plan of bringing your own hair, the preferred brand to purchase is - Outre X-Pression Pre-stretched

 

INSTALLS: Hair can be provided (bundles, lace, or custom lace wigs) upon request at least 2 weeks before appointment. All lace are customized (bleached and plucked) during appointment. If color is required, bundles must be dropped off at least one week before your appointment. Anytime less will result in additional charges depending on urgency.

 

SQUEEZE IN’S: Appointments that are requested last minute, on a day that’s reached capacity, or an off day will result in a squeeze in fee of $25.

 

LATE: If you are running late, let me know as soon as you’re able. 10 min grace period, 12 mins late will result to a $15 fee. 20 mins late, your appointment will automatically be considered a no-show and you will be charged 50% of the service booked.
