Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24 - 48 hour processing period between that day & the following business day. Once your processing period clears, your business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with on the 4/5 business day. Once you receive your tracking number, give it a few hours to update into the USPS system. Shipping takes an additional 1-3 business days which gives you a total of 5-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping is not available for these items. If you'd like to cancel your order for a full refund before your order ships, contact us with an order number and a specification of your issues.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING THE ORDER. IT CANNOT BE CHANGED ONCE YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ITEMS ARE SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS. 

L2I Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT or applicable laws. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before a refund/exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed. 

 

L2I has the right to limit or decline any returns or exchanges regardless of whether a customer has a receipt or is not satisfied with their purchase. Every eligible return item is subject to a refund verification process. The owner of this company has the absolute authority to make final decisions regarding all returns/exchanges.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
